Hey everyone! I’ve got something wonderful to share about a sweet Labrador who used to live next door. A few weeks ago, I posted about him being stuck in a cramped kennel most of the day, rarely taken out for walks, and looking pretty bored and overweight from all the inactivity.

Well… guess what? He’s living with me now! 😄 Just look at this big, lovable guy! 🐾❤️

A Little Update for the Curious:
Last Sunday, I finally had a conversation with the family. I gently brought up Deki’s situation—not in an accusing way, just suggesting some small changes that could help. I avoided using the word “neglect,” but I pointed out where things weren’t going great and tried to offer helpful ideas.

They might’ve thought I was a bit weird, to be honest! 😅 But today, when I went to take Deki for his usual walk, the dad casually said, “You can just take him home later.” It caught me off guard, but he added that since his daughter wasn’t really taking care of Deki, it was probably better if his staff didn’t have to deal with it anymore either.

And that was that. Now Deki’s part of my fa. 🥹
