My little dog has always been unique. When he was just a baby, he suffered a head injury that changed how he experienced the world. Some people labeled him as “slow” or “different,” but I never saw it that way. To me, he was perfect just as he was.

Today, we celebrate 19 years filled with love and joy! I’m beyond grateful to have you by my side. Thank you for 17 amazing years together—and for however many more you choose to stay. Thank you for always listening to me, your mom, and not the opinions of others. You are the most beautiful soul I know.
